Project Overview
As the second designer hired at Smartsheet, I played a critical role in growing Smartsheet.com from a 20+ person company with single-digit $millions in ARR to over 2000 employees (post IPO) and $1 Billion in ARR. In my role I touched many facets of the company from marketing to product design. I worked on brand design, repositioning and PPC ads (and as a website Dev) and led research and UX/UI design for multiple flagship product offerings, including: a complete redesign (multiple) of the in-app experience, IOS and Android mobile apps, Dashboards and Charting features...Later in my tenure, I created and led the first Customer Experience (CX) team initiative and built the foundation of Smartsheet Customer Experience—designing and defining—end-to-end customer journey's.
