Action Items is consumer focused work collaboration app that lets users turn their notes into actionable items. Companies use documentation and note taking apps like Google or Microsoft to make business work. Action Items allows teams to line-item specific work actions from those documents (notes) to define strategic initiatives, manage collaborative work projects and work at scale. I did a complete competitive analysis, product and experience tear-down, many rounds of wireframing, redesigning the UX and rebranding activities.
